When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Brick & Mortar on Union Block (“Brick & Mortar” “Us” “We”) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include (1) a response to an inquiry, (2) real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services, pricing or your booking, and (3) appointment confirmations and/or reminders. You are not required to opt in to receiving SMS/MMS messages in order to purchase services from Brick & Mortar.
Program Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on the conversation. SMS/MMS messages will be sent using automated technology as well as manually sent messages.
Opt Out
If you wish to stop receiving text messages from Brick & Mortar, you may opt-out of this service at any time by texting “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP”, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
